We are – a fast growing business with over 40 people and a mission to collect and structure the web. Each month we index over 300 million domains from 50 countries around the globe. We gather more than 125 variables per website and present all this data to our clients in a clean, smart and searchable database with endless possibilities.

What you will be doing

You will have a very important role within our company with a multitude of tasks. You will help us hire, captivate and preserve the best people, and be creating an environment in which people thrive. The tasks can be divided in two main activities: hiring and developing. The first one is to captivate and thus hire the best people in the industry. This means you will be in charge of the whole hiring process:

    • Sourcing and hiring for all open positions;
    • Writing vacancies and developing and maintaining the job page (;
    • Build close relationships with schools and universities for campus recruitment purposes;
    • Organising and attending events for the community that we recruit from;
    • Onboarding new employees;
    • Uphold and monitor employer brand. 

You will also help us develop our students, with the goal fill vacancies from 
within the company. Thus you will be closely involved with our in-house talent team (the data explorer team). This team consists of fifteen high potential students that work part-time on a dedicated project. For this team you will:

  • Source and hire students;
  • Make sure that the students grow into the organisation;
  • Have yearly progress interviews.

You will continuously monitor and learn about the wants and needs of the talent team and try to come up with new initiatives, for example: coaching, career counseling and internal events. Challenging right? Luckily you won't be alone. You will work closely with our founders.

What we ask

You are a generalist with a lot of enthusiasm and advanced communication skills. You have successfully finished a study at an university of applied sciences. Preferably: Human Resources Management (HRM) or Management Economics and Rights (MER business administration).

You need to be the following things to be successful in your role:

  • Be motivated to help and facilitate people (service oriented);
  • Be able to energetically motivate and help people to reach their goals;
  • Be willing to work together and understand people with a technical background (developers);
  • Be dedicated to build and maintain a large network of potential candidates;
  • Have the drive to learn a lot about tech and the tech labor market, and what drives people;
  • Be able to constantly develop new strategies to find and hire the best candidates;  
  • Be able to understand the needs and wants of our talent team and act on this.

It's a definite bonus if you have relevant experience and/or knowledge and experience of recruiting best practices like: performance based hiring.
